COMPLETE PROJECT NAME: Organizational Strengthening for the Bangsamoro Ministry of Basic, Higher, and Technical Education (HROD for MBHTE) through Education Pathways to Peace in Mindanao (Pathways), under the Philippines-Australia partnership

DESCRIPTION: Meraki provided technical assistance to MBHTE in building the competencies of key management and human resources (HR) staff in leadership and HR management and development.
Learning and coaching sessions on select leadership competencies such as stakeholder management, leading complex organizations, strategic HR, and continuous process improvement were provided. Part of this assistance also included documenting existing processes of the organization’s organizational performance management and other HR functions (i.. recruitment, personnel records management). Recommendations for improvement to these processes were captured in an HROD plan, accompanied with a change management plan to guide the implementation.
